Local Realtor sues weathermen for continued inclement weather.

Local Realtor, Norman Frenk, sued weathermen at local Houston area channels 11 & 13 and those at The Weather Channel for what Frenk indicated was “continued inclement weather”. “We didn’t sign up for this here in Houston.  It’s supposed to be sunny and hot! If we wanted continued rain, we would move to Oregon or somewhere with a rainforest.  I am sick and tired of this, and the weather people better get it right this week. I have enough to do in selling homes without having to take on the weather too.” It has been raining on and off for

Home Staging Should Include the Male Perspective

Professional home stagers consult with homeowners on ways to sell their homes quickly and for the most money possible, but often lost in the design process is the fact that men are involved in buying decisions as well. Professional stagers take into account buyer demographics, buying psychology, and utilize design elements in planning out the rooms and space and the use of lighting and its effect on the space. Don’t
