OK, I’ve dealt with many realtors before and had mediocre experience with them – but this one was GREAT! We set a price that I didn’t even think we could get and got it! They helped stage the home, took professional looking pictures (one of their many talents, by the way!) and got it sold before we knew it (about 2 weeks, I think). They follow up and are great at getting back with you. Would definitely work with Norman Frenk and Felicity Frenk again when it comes time to sell my next home. They didn’t put any fliers in the home, but that was probably because it sold so quickly.
