OK, I’ve dealt with many realtors before and had mediocre experience with them – but this one was GREAT! We set a price that I didn’t even think we could get and got it! They helped stage the home, took professional looking pictures (one of their many talents, by the way!) and got it sold before  we knew it (about 2 weeks, I think).  They follow up and are great at getting back with you.
